Falling into the Routine


This week's challenge is from the Fitness Dimension (sign up here!). Health and fitness require a high degree of routine to work. Exercise isn’t fun. Eating healthy isn’t exciting. They are often inconvenient and uncomfortable. But the benefits, which are long term, are fun.

So, the trick is to visualize the benefits while getting your mind used to a daily routine. Write down the daily habits you need to get healthier and put them into practice more. Once you get used to the healthy habit, it won’t be difficult to accomplish it and you won’t be as tempted towards the unhealthy habits.
